Since our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Customized photo frames, personalized gifts, and custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

✅ Damaged or Wrong Product:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

 

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable solution.

 

💳 Refunds:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
